Notifications
Per-user email toggles for runs, alerts, weekly digests, and pilot reminders. Email is the only channel today.

- The signed-in user. Per-user — not shared across the Org.
What it is
One row per notification kind, with an email toggle. The matrix below shows what's on by default and what you can opt into.
The five notification kinds
- Integration run completed — opt-out by default. Routine; mostly noise.
- Integration run failed — opt-in by default. You'll want to know.
- New student at critical risk — opt-in by default. High-signal alert.
- Weekly summary — opt-out by default. Monday digest of fleet movement.
- Pilot expiring + Billing failed — opt-in by default. Lifecycle alerts; billing-failed bypasses any disable.
Common workflows
Quiet down a noisy inbox
- Open
/settings/notifications. - Turn off "Integration run completed".
- Keep "failed" + "critical risk" on for the alerts that matter.
Add yourself to the Monday digest
- Toggle Weekly summary on.
- You'll get the next Monday's digest at your local 8am (timezone from your profile).
Common gotchas
Why didn't I get the alert?
The default for that kind may be opt-in and you haven't enabled it. Check the toggle, then check spam.
Can I get SMS?
Not yet. The schema reserves SMS for the future, but email is the only live channel today.
