What it is

The progress tracker for the five canonical Slate artifacts. Companion to the Slate starter kit page (which hands you the suitcase GUIDs to import). This page shows whether each artifact is now in place and when it was last verified.

The five canonical artifacts

  • Celia Fields and Prompts — the ss_celia_* custom fields.
  • Student Query (Non-PII) — the per-student feature vector query.
  • Results Query — for reading back the scores Celia writes.
  • Source Format — the Slate Source Format — Writeback target.
  • Service-access user — the dedicated user for the integration.

What you can do here

  • See per-artifact status — green check, amber dot, red alert, or dashed (not started).
  • See the last verification timestamp per artifact.
  • Click into each artifact for setup instructions.

Common workflows

Stand up a new pilot Org

  1. Open Slate starter kit and import each suitcase.
  2. Return to this page.
  3. Each row turns green as the artifact's existence check passes.
  4. When all five are green, you're ready to create your first Flow.

Common gotchas

Row stays amber after I imported the suitcase

Verification runs on a cron. Wait a few minutes and refresh. If still amber, the suitcase imported but the artifact name doesn't match what we look for — contact support with the artifact's GUID.
