How sign-in works
CeliaConnect uses email + a one-time 6-digit code. There is no password to remember and no password to reset.

- Every team member, every sign-in. Same flow for the first sign-in and every one after.
What it is
Sign-in is two screens. You type your work email on screen one, we email you a 6-digit code, you type that code on screen two. That's it — you're in.
The code is good for 5 minutes, can only be used once, and you get up to 5 attempts before it locks out and you have to request a fresh one. There is no password anywhere — not on first sign-in, not afterward, never.
What you can do here
- Sign in — type your work email, click Email me a code, check your inbox, type the 6 digits.
- Remember my email on this device — checkbox on the email screen. Pre-fills your email next time on the same browser. Doesn't keep you signed in — you still get a fresh code each session.
- Request a new code — if a code expired, was already used, or never arrived, click Back to sign in and submit your email again.
The full sign-in flow, step by step

Open your workspace URL —
{your-org}.app.celiaconnect.com. You land on the sign-in screen. - Type your work email and click Email me a code.

We email you a 6-digit code from
solutions@zentrosoft.com. The subject line starts with "Your CeliaConnect sign-in code". - On the next screen, type the 6 digits into the code box. (On phones, the OS will usually offer to autofill the code from the email — tap the suggestion.)
- Click Verify & sign in. You land on the dashboard.
Your session lasts about 8 hours. After that, sign in again with a fresh code.
Common workflows
First-time sign-in (you were just invited)
- You receive a welcome email with your workspace URL.
- Open the URL — you land on the sign-in screen.
- Enter your work email (the same address the welcome email arrived at).
- Check your inbox for the 6-digit code and type it in.
- You're in. There is nothing to set up — no password, no security questions.
You're locked out after too many wrong codes
- After 5 wrong attempts on a single code, the code is burned and you're sent back to the sign-in screen.
- Submit your email again to get a brand-new code.
- Type the new code carefully.
You hit the "too many attempts" rate limit
- If you keep retrying quickly, you'll see "Too many sign-in attempts."
- Wait a few minutes (the limit is 3 code requests per email per 15 minutes), then try again.
Common gotchas
The code didn't arrive
Check spam for sender solutions@zentrosoft.com. If you have a corporate email
filter, ask IT to allow that address. If it still doesn't show up, click Back to
sign in and request a fresh code — every new request invalidates the previous one.
"Code expired or already used"
Codes expire after 5 minutes and only work once. If you waited too long or refreshed the verify screen mid-flow, just request a new one.
I have two codes in my inbox
Use the most recent one. Each new code request automatically invalidates every prior unused code, so the older email's code won't work.
Where do I change my password?
You don't — there is no password. Each sign-in uses a fresh emailed code. If your email address changes, contact solutions@zentrosoft.com.
Can I stay signed in forever?
No. Sessions last about 8 hours, then you sign in again with a fresh code. The "Remember my email on this device" checkbox just pre-fills your email — it doesn't extend the session.
I'm in two CeliaConnect workspaces
Each workspace lives at its own subdomain — {org}.app.celiaconnect.com. Sign
in from the subdomain of the workspace you want; the code is bound to that workspace and
won't work on the other.
